Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Reldas International. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders may take longer to process during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Domestic orders: 3–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing may cause delivery delays beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.


5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately.

If an order has already shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Reldas International is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.


7. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Holidays

  • Incorrect address information


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
